What Makes 9D Breathwork Different
9D Breathwork uses a multidimensional audio experience delivered through headphones, while wearing an eye mask creating a safe and contained environment for healing. The layered sound design helps quiet the thinking mind while supporting the nervous system in accessing stored emotional and physiological patterns—without needing to relive or retell past experiences.
Each session is designed to support release, integration, and clarity, allowing the body to process what words alone often cannot.
A Trauma-Informed Approach
This work is deeply trauma-informed and respects the intelligence of the body and nervous system. You are always in control. There is no force, no pressure, and no need to “push through.”

A 9D Breathwork session is a fully guided experience and journey. You will be supported throughout with clear instruction, grounding, and integration.

GUIDED INTRODUCTION
Your session begins with a grounding introduction where you’ll learn the intention of the practice, the techniques you’ll be using, and how to navigate the experience. This is your time to set a personal intention and prepare to go deep within yourself.
THE JOURNEY
You’ll lie down on a mat, put on a blindfold, and slip into headphones - creating a fully immersive, multi-sensory environment. You’ll be fully guided throughout the journey. This is your time to let go, explore, and confront what’s holding you back. My space is designed to allow you to feel fully supported as you release emotions, unlock insights, and reconnect with your authentic self.
REFLECTION AND INTEGRATION
After the journey, the session concludes with time for reflection and integration. This is when you’ll process your experience, share insights if you choose, and anchor the breakthroughs you’ve unlocked. The goal is to carry the transformation from your session into your daily life, creating lasting change.
You do not need prior breathwork experience. All that is required is a willingness to show up and breathe.

Breathwork found me at a time when my life had been turned upside down.
I was diagnosed with a debilitating neurological disorder called Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD). One day, without warning, my ability to see clearly disappeared—everything around me became blurred and distorted. After countless tests, hospital visits, and working with a neurological team, I was told there was no real treatment. Medication might help, or it might not. At that time, people with this diagnosis were often left with two options: remain debilitated at home, or fight every day to live a somewhat “normal” life.
I chose to fight—but life as I knew it had changed.
Simple things I once took for granted were suddenly difficult or impossible: riding a bike, driving at night or in rain and snow, walking on uneven terrain, climbing stairs, hiking, running, or even taking long trips. Everything required constant awareness and caution. Over time, my nervous system lived in a near-constant state of fight, flight, or freeze. Severe anxiety became my daily reality, followed closely by depression as I grieved the life I had lost.
Medications didn’t help. Answers were limited. I felt lost.
That’s when I found breathwork—initially just as a way to manage the anxiety attacks that came on suddenly and without warning. Breathwork helped calm my nervous system and bring me back from moments that otherwise would have completely shut me down.
When 9D Breathwork was introduced and I began hearing about its impact on trauma, addiction, depression, and PTSD recovery, I felt called to try it. I had nothing to lose.
Through this work, I came to understand something profound: my diagnosis was not only the result of physical factors like past concussions, but also a lifetime of unresolved trauma—experiences I had minimized, pushed aside, or told myself I had “let go of,” without ever truly processing them on a physical, emotional, or neurological level.
As I moved through the 9D Breathwork sessions, something shifted. My symptoms began to improve—dramatically. I was no longer just surviving. I was thriving.
Today, I no longer identify as someone limited by PPPD. While the diagnosis technically remains, my quality of life has been restored. I drive when and where I want, through rain, snow, and darkness. I take long road trips, hike mountains, ride bikes, walk on uneven terrain, and move through life with confidence and trust in my body again.
I truly believe that 9D Breathwork saved my life.
It gave me back a sense of independence and trust, joy, and freedom I thought was gone forever. Through this work, I continue to process, release, and heal the trauma stored within my body and nervous system—and when something new arises, I know how to meet it with confidence and care.
This work changed everything for me. It is now my passion and my purpose to share it with others.
