I'm Crystal, and I'm so happy you're here.

My husband and I, share four amazing boys, two dogs (Charlie & Bella), and our cat Henry. We returned to the beautiful Kootenays in 2025 and settled into a century-old homestead in Kaslo.

My life journey has taken me through many different careers—from professional dancer and studio owner to corporate management, heavy equipment operator, and public service employee. While I valued every experience, I always felt called toward helping others heal, reconnect, and live more fully.

That calling led me to study Holistic Facial Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Somatic practices. I also developed a love for creating my own natural health and beauty products, inspired by the belief that true beauty and wellness begin with nature.

I am so excited to open my own little healing space here in this beautiful little town of Kaslo, BC. My intention is to offer a sanctuary where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and receive the care that you so freely give to everyone else.
